GUEST SPEAKER - DAVID RICH
How to Click with Everyone Every Time!

What is it that makes one person wildly successful while another, though they may work harder, keeps spinning their wheels with little to show for their efforts? Why does someone excel while others flounder in mediocrity? Why do some people seem to effortlessly attract success? What’s the difference between interacting and connecting? The answer is “clicking.” Today’s customer (and prospective customer) is the more demanding, knowledgeable, and less loyal than any time in history. If you want to succeed, you must do more than contact them, you must connect with them.

Attendees will learn:

  • How today’s customer is different from 15 and 25 years ago
  • Why excellent customer service is no longer good enough
  • Why motivation and attitude matters
  • How to use your voice as a persuasion tool and connect immediately
  • How to competition proof your clientele

David Rich has been called “The most personable speaker in America.” He has presented to over one million people in 46 states and 4 countries and has earned the speaking industry’s highest designation, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional).

He is the best selling author of four books.  Learn more about David at www.ContagiousTalk.com

We wanted to share with everyone this letter we received from the Ronald McDonald House in Camden thanking us for the items we collected at our STARS Event.

For nearly 35 years, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) has been creating, finding and supporting programs that directly improve the health and well being of nearly 4 million children worldwide every year. Demand for Ronald McDonald House programs and services always exceeds capacity and it plans to expand services by 37% in 2007.

The SOCAP Greater Philadelphia Chapter has elected to make Ronald McDonald House its charitable organization for 2010. Each meeting we will select a few items that are needed by the Ronald McDonald House and ask our members to bring a donation to the meeting.

During our first meeting we asked attendees to bring donations of aluminum foil, plastic wrap and Ziploc bags (quart and half gallon size). For our second event, we collected laundry detergent and 33 gallon trash bags. For our third event, we are collecting gift cards, phone cards, dryer sheets, hand soap, cereal and Pop Tarts.

The Greater Philly Chapter Officers thank you in advance for your generosity and support of the Ronald McDonald House.
